The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads: "A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Marc Stephens’ petition to the United States Supreme Court reveals that African Americans are STILL SLAVES
On October 27, 2014, Marc Stephens filed a complaint for deprivation of civil right in U.S. District Court in Newark against Superior Court Judge Edward Jerejian, Englewood Chief of Police Arthur O’Keefe, and attorney general of New Jersey John Jay Hoffman. The complaint filed by Marc Stephens, which is titled Stephens vs Jerejian, et al, alleges that New Jersey’s Firearm Laws are unconstitutional because each statue was motivated by and passed through legislature based on racism and discrimination.

Sustainable Jersey announces new grants funded by the Gardinier Environmental Fund
Sustainable Jersey announced today that it is accepting applications from New Jersey municipalities and public school districts for energy projects focused on energy conservation, efficiency and renewable energy. Indictments Allege Doctor and 7 Others Operated Ring That Illegally Distributed Tens of Thousands of Pills of Addictive Opiate Oxycodone
TRENTON –Attorney General Christopher S. Porrino announced that a doctor and seven other defendants were indicted today by a state grand jury on charges that they operated a drug ring that illegally distributed tens of thousands of high-dose pills of the addictive painkiller oxycodone. The doctor, who practiced in Somerset County, faces a first-degree charge of strict liability for drug-induced death in connection with the overdose death of the adult son of one of the other alleged ring members.
