Marc Stephens, who is representing himself, is asking the Appellate Court to reverse the decision of District Court Judge William J. Martini who dismissed the civil complaint stating that the Englewood Police Department had probable cause to arrest Tyrone Stephens.

The move marks a special homecoming for the iconic brand, which in the 1970’s maintained both Manufacturing and the Corporate offices in Englewood. Bill to Protect First Responders from Anthrax Exposure Passes Senate
WASHINGTON, DC – The U.S. Senate passed a bill yesterday initially introduced by U.S. Reps. Bill Pascrell (D-NJ) and Peter King (R-NY) that would direct the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary to make surplus anthrax vaccines available to first responders. The First Responder Anthrax Preparedness Act (H.R. 1300/S.1915) was introduced in the Senate by Senators Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) and Cory Booker (D-NJ).
