Bergen County Students Receive Top Recognition on National Language Exams
(Englewood, New Jersey – May 22, 2018) The Elisabeth Morrow School is proud to announce that, once again, our foreign language students have received awards and recognition for their participation in the National Latin Exam and the National Spanish Exam. The exams, which are designed to measure proficiency and achievement in a particular language, are highly competitive and national or international in scope.

Memorial Day Ceremony and Parade at Soldiers Monument
(Englewood, New Jersey – May 21, 2018) Celebrate Memorial Day! The public is invited to take part in this event on Monday, May 28, honoring those who served our country. The ceremony begins at 10am at Soldiers Monument on Tenafly Road and West Palisade Avenue. Followed by a parade that ends in Veterans Memorial Park.

Chief Judge of United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit Denies Stephens’ Judicial Misconduct Complaint
On April 10, 2018, in the $76 Million case titled Marc Stephens vs City of Englewood, docket no. 16-1868, Chief Judge David Brooks Smith of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit dismissed Appellant Marc Stephens Judicial Misconduct Complaint against Judges Anthony Joseph Scirica, Luis Felipe Restrepo, and Dennis Michael Fisher of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and Judge William J. Martini from the United States District Court in Newark.

On Wednesday, March 28, 2018, Marc Stephens of Englewood, NJ, filed a complaint with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Newark, New Jersey, and Houston, Texas, regarding the murder of aspiring model Danielle Vanessa Chaney. Stephens complaint details the homicide that took place on Friday, February 2, 2018, in which Danielle, 20 years old, was found murdered inside her apartment located at 8000 W. Tidwell Rd., Apt 1809, Houston, Texas 77040.
